Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control purposes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please ensure all order information is correct before completing checkout.

Refused or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact RareForm by Eliza first regarding any concerns with your order before filing a chargeback with your financial institution.

fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, tracking information, and delivery records.
