Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

RareForm by Eliza ships within the United States via USPS.

Priority Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 2–4 Business Days

Rate: $9.99

Express Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 1–2 Business Days

Rate: $29.99

Please note that delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete and are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order require additional processing time and typically ship within 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are available for shipment.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout

RareForm by Eliza is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the package can be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, RareForm by Eliza is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Customers must contact USPS directly regarding delivery issues or claims.
